Was just reminiscing on another post of the one last fun BMW I drove. The 1-series. I love that car so much because of the tire smoke I whipped up in it. What car took your burnout virginity away?
This is what the car looked like. Loved that car...

My car has maybe 70 FWD horsepower.
A burnout is not happening. Not even if it rained cooking oil on roads made of ice.

I went all out on my first burnout on my Mustang launching from over 4000rpm. Never drove a car with so much torque, biggest engine I had in the past was a 3.5l V6, so it scared the shit out of me and I fish tailed like crazy.
Before that I never really did burn outs. All my cars had really sticky and wide rear tires or were AWD.

1988 Lincoln Town Car. Not my exact vehicle, but looked just like it, color and all.

What year is your mustang. The biggest motor I've owned was a 2.2l in a 93 Accord. Most I could muster was a tire chirp.

Polaris RZR, if it counts. Did burnouts and donuts on the Oregon sand dunes.
If not, then my Honda Accord. Did a smoking start in the parking lot of an abandoned business park one time.

I need to try my hand at riding a motorcycle. At least just to say I've tried it.

I've always had a thing for those boxy Fords/Lincolns. I'd have a Crown Vic of that generation in a heartbeat. MIB sold me on it as kid and I've never forgotten.

Jealous I am. I've never driven off road :/. I need to rectify that immediately.

I'm sure you can find a place locally that rents out ATVs, that's how I did it.

My Panda, by accident trying to pull away from a junction quickly. Turns out £25 tyres don't have much grip...

I did donuts in front of a K-Mart in the middle of the night.

You make it sound ever so simple. I already know what bike I'd get if I ever really got into it. Also glad I waited til I got older, I'm not really tempted to do stupid things on two wheels anymore.

as long as you learn right and arent an idiot, you'll be fine.
and the reason it sounds so simple? because it is
whats the bike you want?

When these things first hit the market, I didn't care for the design but now when I see them all I think is damn I would hoon the hell out of that.

The smiles per mile quotient on this vehicle is ludicrous trust me. I'll have to check if those injector and fuel pump issues have been sorted out. If so I may just get this instead of the S2000 I was considering by the end of the year.

I spun the tires on the BMW every now and then, and even some strategically placed gravel'll spin the back wheels of the CR-V. Actual smokey burnouts? Nope.

Well I'm glad I'll be getting some real facts to back my decision to work my way up to the bike I want.
